How does it help?

Shampoo lifts the oil, sweat and product build-up off the hair and scalp so water can rinse them away. The cleansers used here - cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium cocoyl methyl isethionate and glucoside surfactants - are mild types that clean without stripping the hair, and glycerin helps the hair keep moisture so it feels less dry afterwards.
