What is Sons Biotin Capsules 30?

Sons Biotin Capsules are a food supplement rather than a medicine. Each capsule provides 900mcg of biotin, also known as vitamin B7, in a plant-based HPMC capsule shell, and is taken once a day with a meal.

How does it help?

Biotin is one of the B vitamins. Your body uses it as a helper molecule in the enzyme reactions that release energy from food and build proteins, including keratin - the protein that hair is largely made of. An authorised health claim states that biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. A supplement tops up your dietary intake; it does not treat an underlying medical cause of hair thinning.
