What is Centrum Men 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral Tablets (30)?

Centrum Men 50+ is a food supplement, not a medicine. Each tablet contains a range of vitamins and minerals at levels adjusted for men over 50. It is taken as one tablet a day with a meal and a glass of water, and a pack lasts a month.
