NHS prescription charge If you pay NHS prescription charges (not exempt), the standard charge is £9.90 per item (2025/26 rate, frozen through 2026/27). If your script needs payment, we'll email a secure Stripe payment link before dispatch. Many people are exempt — see NHS exemption rules. Bring your exemption card or PPC certificate evidence to your sign-up if you'd like us to record it.

Consent

After you submit: we'll phone or email you within one working day to confirm the script details, take any NHS charge that applies (Stripe link, no card numbers on the phone), and dispatch. Your details are held only to dispense and deliver this prescription — see our privacy notice.
