NHS prescription charge If you pay NHS prescription charges (not exempt), the standard charge is £9.65 per item (2026 rate). If your script needs payment, we'll text a secure Stripe payment link before dispatch. Many people are exempt — see NHS exemption rules. Bring your exemption card or PPC certificate evidence to your sign-up if you'd like us to record it.

Consent

After you submit: we'll phone or text you within one working day to confirm the script details, take any NHS charge that applies (Stripe link, no card numbers on the phone), and dispatch.
