Compliance & monitored-dosage packs
built around safer medicines.

Hyde Park Pharmacy supplies MDS trays, dosette boxes, blister packs and BD weekly compliance packs to nursing and residential homes, supported-living settings, and individuals managing complex medication routines across Leeds and West Yorkshire.

What we make

Every pack is prepared by a registered pharmacy team under the supervision of our superintendent pharmacist (GPhC #2065619, Independent Prescriber). Choose the format that fits the patient or service:

MDS trays (Venalink-style)

28-cavity weekly tray sealed with foil. Each cavity holds one administration time. Ideal for residential and nursing home use, with patient label and admin schedule.

Dosette boxes

Reusable 7-day organisers with four compartments per day (morning / lunch / tea / bedtime). For independent patients managing multiple medicines at home.

Blister packs (cold-seal)

Heat-sealed single-dose packs with full patient and drug labelling for each administration time. Tamper-evident and audit-ready.

BD weekly compliance

Biotech BD format for settings that prefer single-use disposable trays. Each tray is supplied with a printed Medication Administration Record (MAR) chart.

For nursing & residential homes

We are set up to act as your dispensing pharmacy of choice. Our care-home service includes:

  • Weekly MDS trays prepared, labelled and delivered on a regular cycle
  • Printed Medication Administration Record (MAR) charts for every resident
  • Key worker liaison with the care home medication lead
  • Interim and emergency supply where clinically appropriate
  • Controlled drug management to CD register standards
  • Disposal of returned and out-of-date medicines
  • Quarterly medication review with a pharmacist independent prescriber
  • CQC-friendly documentation: audit trail, missed dose recording, body maps as required

For families & individuals

Multi-medicine routines are one of the biggest causes of avoidable hospital admission. A compliance pack removes the cognitive load and surfaces missed doses early. We can help if:

  • You or a relative takes more than 4 medicines a day
  • There has been a recent hospital discharge with new prescriptions
  • Memory or eyesight makes blister-strip dosing unsafe
  • A carer or family member is managing meds on your behalf
  • You want to switch from a blister-pack service that isn't working for you

There is no charge to switch and no contract: if our service doesn't suit you, you can return to standard dispensing at any time.

How to start

Get in touch

Use the form below or call 0113 244 1551. Tell us roughly how many residents or family members need packs and which format you currently use (if any).

We prepare a service plan

Our team confirms what we can supply, when, how it's delivered, and which format works best for your setting. No commitment at this stage.

Transfer & first delivery

If you choose to proceed we manage the transfer from your current pharmacy, set up MAR charts and labels, and deliver the first cycle of packs.
