How privacy works at Hyde Park
- Consultation room for everything sensitive — soundproof, lockable, separate from the counter.
- No questions at the counter — if you want EHC, just say "I'd like to speak to the pharmacist about EHC" and we move to the room.
- Records are confidential per our privacy notice. We don't share with friends, family, employers, or your GP without your explicit consent (with exceptions for safeguarding and statutory reporting).
- Plain packaging on any postal product (home test kits, dispatched medicines) — no pharmacy branding visible from outside.
- You can pay cash if you don't want the transaction on your card statement.
