Pharmacy First clinical consultations are carried out by video or in person (not by phone) — the pharmacist may send you a secure accuRx video link so they can see the affected area. Ear infections are assessed in person (we examine the eardrum with an otoscope). The pharmacist decides what treatment, if any, is right for you.
