How it works
- Walk in or phone to book a slot. Most tests need fasting (no food/drink except water for 12 hours) — we'll tell you when you book.
- 15-minute venepuncture at the pharmacy by trained phlebotomist. Sample sent to UKAS-accredited UK laboratory the same day.
- Results in 1-3 working days. Sent securely to your email plus a pharmacist-interpreted summary.
- Free 10-minute pharmacist consultation to discuss the results if anything's outside the reference range or you have questions.
- Referral to your GP if results need further action — we provide a copy of the report so they don't need to re-test.
Already getting NHS tests? Worth a check with your GP first. Many of the panels above are available free on the NHS if you have symptoms or are on certain medicines. Private tests are most useful for routine screening, monitoring outside NHS protocols, or when you want results faster than NHS waits allow.
